What is ChatComposer?

ChatComposer is an After Effects panel extension that builds fake, customizable live-chat overlays — like the Twitch chat you see in stream clips — automatically. You control the messages, usernames, colors, badges, and emojis, and the plugin handles all the layer creation and animation for you.
How does it work?

Open the ChatComposer panel inside After Effects, add your messages (manually, via JSON, or from a saved preset), adjust your composition and timing settings, then click "Generate Composition" The plugin creates a fully animated comp with staggered message arrivals ready to drop into your edit.
What's included?

A library of 450+ Twitch chat badges, support for unlimited custom emoji uploads (PNG/GIF), adjustable animation styles, and full control over fonts, spacing, colors, and timing — all inside a single After Effects panel.
Compatibility & requirements

ChatComposer runs as a CEP panel extension inside Adobe After Effects (CC 2019 / v16.0 and later). It installs like any other AE extension and appears as a dockable panel.
