Every material is already applied, so you can drop it into a scene and go, instead of rebuilding materials from scratch. The number of times I wanted to punch a hole in my monitor while building this is countless. Enjoy :).

How do I import it into After Effects?

Follow the steps shown in the tutorial video on YouTube. One thing to keep in mind: when importing the preset into Element 3D, all of its files need to stay together in a single folder — moving or separating them will break the texture links.
Compatibility & requirements

Works in any recent version of After Effects, as long as you have Element 3D installed.
